After 32 years, Microsoft quit the famous Paint app!

in technology •  7 years ago

The well-known Windows Paint app has been included on a list of programs that will be permanently removed or will not be developed by Microsoft.

Paint has been part of the Windows operating system since its release in 1985 and is known for its simplicity. The Successor, 3D Paint, will still be available.

Among the other features that will be removed by Microsoft in the fall are the Outlook Express mail client, which will be replaced with the native Mail application as well as the Reader application, which will be integrated into Microsoft Edge, the Microsoft Brochure, writes zf .com.
