Amazing Engineering: Envirobot Autonomously Swims to Test Waters for Toxins

Researchers from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in association with other institutes, created a swimming snake-robot which is able to test waters for toxins. It can swim and trace the source of pollution and it can also generate maps of water temperature and conductivity.
