Are you one of those people who are really paranoid for their online security and privacy? Do you use your original E-Mail ID on every website you come across without checking if its legit or not? Web security expert Troy Hunt have a solution to your problem.
Have I Been Pwned - This is a website where you can check if your personal information has ever been leaked during a data breach. The website collects data from online databases dumps, analyzes it and searches for your information in that database. The database they have is quite huge and it contains information about hundreds of millions of leaked accounts. Additionaly you can also sign up on the website to be notified if your personal data is ever compromised in future. There is also an option to check for passwords and domains. It also provides list of all the websites whose user's data has been leaked. There is also an API if you want to integrate this awesome feature in your own website or app.

Really interesting post. I'm especially interested in the idea that they hold your stolen info in their own database. Seems like that could lead to some legal issues...
Regardless, nice work!
