You need to follow your diet with 4 pillars daily(compulsory)
Pillar 1. Need to consume70 gms of coconut oil or 70 gms of ghee or 70 gms of olive oil or 70 gms of butter.
Pillar 2. 4 litres of warm water.
Pillar 3. One multi vitamin tablet of any brand.
Pillar 4. 3 lemons
Along with the above diet you can have more,..
You can add Veggies like
Tomato-only 1/day
Onions only 1/day
Carrott only 1/day
Cucumber
Ginger
Garlic
Leafy vegetables
Lady's finger
Cabbage
Non vegetarians like
Female can have 250 gms, Male can have 300
Of fish/meat/prawns/crabs etc,.
Maximum 6 eggs per day not allowed more than that.
Items not to eat is Potatoes, Beetroot, sweet potato, Green peas, Beans, Banana, Milk, curd, Rice, Fruits, pulses, Grains, All types of Flours, sugar.
Use only sea salt.
Can have 10 pieces of bad am, walnut, pasta.
5 spoons of flux seeds, sesame seeds, water melon seeds.
