Russia has blocked the IP addresses of Google and Amazon to restrict the usage of Telegram in their territory as they were being used by the well-known messenger known as Telegram, said by the Russian state communication regulator. Prior to this, Russia banned Telegram for not giving an ability to access the users' data such as the private messages to control the regulatory. "A significant number of IP addresses located in the clouds of these two have been targeted and blocked," regulatory said.
