yes everything in your universe has a frequency one of the properties of a object is that frequency is its location so if u impose on it the frequency of where u want it to be lets say london. either electro/magnetically or acoustically. it will either move toward that location or if done properly. will insanteously go from the first locaiton it was at to the locaitonal frequency of what u put on it.
it's how spaceships actually teleport if u've ever seen that. which believe it or not anyone can see! u have 2 believe in something 2 see it first!
