I think they would do this:
- seal both communication (for calm) and the city (so no one escape)
- the specialists will arrive and analyse the situation, define who failed.
- execute those who failed and the perpetrators
- put support measures to the victims, the first being they know that they will never see again those who betrayed them, and those who committed the act.
- write reviews and analysis on the root causes.
- implement those findings china wide.
- close the chapters.
- move to the next problem in queue... knowing that at least one event is closed.
I would say that I would like collective intelligence and transport fluidity maintained, but you knows, step by step... but just to understand that would be a NATIONAL CRISIS!!! even worst a cultural and civilization failure!!!
and btw it doesn't happen in America !!! :) ! (GOOD JOB! EVER LASTING VIGILANCE !)! and frankly A2 reveal again its might and justice...
