Many of us have the tendency to fear in words. Due to this fear we avoid many everyday activities, miss many pleasures. I can not tell anyone about this fear, it can be difficult to tolerate. But the solution is to your own. If you are afraid of being terrified then follow these things:
Slowly breathe
