Family Day At The Manila Ocean Park.

It is fun filled and another memory we have built up on our family's relationship treasure chest. Four of us me, my wife, our son Jireh and our daughter Julienne headed to Manila Ocean Park last Sunday. The event is sponsored by the company I work with, kudos to Concentrix people who always spend time, money and effort for innovative ways to keep their employees happy.

Now on to our trip, it is relatively easier time to travel (less traffic on Sundays) and we get on their in just about an hour given the fact that we came from the northernmost part of Metro Manila. The weather is cool as it was about to rain and fortunately the heavy downpour came as soon as we arrived to the Manila Ocean Park venue. We managed to get the tickets with a slight delay as people have to pack up their things and we have to get inside just to register. Nevertheless, it took us only about 10 miniutes or less to have ourselves onboarded to a whole afternoon of fun,

As most park's guests do, we started with the Oceanarium, and we are treated with a sight of these amazing creatures under the sea. I'll be sharing some of my photos that I got from my mobile phone. Most of the pictures we have taken is in my wife's phone as she is more likely to be attentive on these memory capturing moments. I always take pleasure in living the moments without minding to get photos out of it (forgive my personality). Anyway, here are some pictures I manage to have on my phone, I may share photos from my wife's phone later on, I am sure you already seen photos of those who already visited the ocean park (stingrays, big fishes, colorful creatures under the sea, etc.), so she got that on her mobile phone.

It took us almost 2 hours to finish the whole attractions inside the Oceanarium and then we headed to penguins and to the Christmas Village as well. After that event, I got myself hungry that I have to ask them to eat with me. I found the prices inside the Manila Ocean Park quite practical, you can compare it with just the mall's prices. Most amusement parks here charge you more with foods and other souvenir items once you are inside the area as we are already a captured market to them. So I find that pleasantly amusing that food prices are quite practical and that added plus points of our stay at Manila Ocean Park.

After eating we are delighted to try some more shows, it is good to know that Manila Ocean Park added some attractions not really related to sea life but equally entertaining as well. We visited the room with superheroes stuff (mainly Superman) and they amused us all with all the items they have managed to gather and that serve as memories for fans and non-fans alike.

We then went on enter the room called "Jellies and Crawlies". It is a pleasant surprise as I find them equally or even enjoying with the main Oceanarium attraction. Once inside we see arachnids, insects, reptiles, amphibians and so much more.

After the "Jellies and Crawlies" we managed to watch the "Penguin Talk Show" which is just an interactive show with a penguin on screen. He is funny and entertaining though, as he gives us some laughs and delightful experience with lessons what penguins really are.

We lacked time as it is already late when we finished the "Penguin Talk Show" we're supposed to watch the Bird Show and the Symphony Show but the park's already closing so we manage to just have more eats before heading home.

Over all it is a fun filled afternoon, with all the amusements and fun it is the time we spent together and the memories formed with our children are the most valuable things we have gotten that day. So it is time well spent and I am so looking forward to getting more fun filled memories with my wife and children. Let us all have a great week! Cheers!
