Tesla electric car pulls a truck on the snow as if it's built for it

Tesla has managed to make an excellent image of capital among electric cars. Now you can see that these cars are not just jewels on wheels and caprices, but they actually do in practice what you would expect and more.

These days a part of America is under extreme coldness, powerful blizzards and heavy snowfalls. Naturally, there are many cases of cars stuck in the streets. Not just that a Tesla Model X has not even been stuck, but has managed to pull a big truck on the hill. Maybe it was not loaded, but it's still a truck trailed by an ordinary car.

The Tesla car is of an employee and the video below was filmed in Raleigh, North Carolina. Tesla has a towing limit of about 2,200 pounds, but it seems to be doing more than that. The clip was published on Facebook and from comments you find that consumption was not too much. One more thing to know is that the car has been set to Slip Start mode, designed for slippery surfaces with low adhesion.

The clip publisher did not say what tires the car had, but according to Jalopnik, the winters in Raleigh are not so heavy that winter tires should be imposed. Even so, there remains a question: is a clip made by Tesla to show off with the car? And even if the answer is yes, for sure it's a success you do not see in many cars available on the market.

While the Tesla performance is great and succeeds to to great in worst conditions, the only thing that is pulling it back is the low production capacity. It's behind the estimates and people in queue have paid a reservation still need to wait to see the light of it. But, besides this great things are waiting ahead and this video is just a glimpse of what electric cars can do and Tesla especially.
