Tesla Model S Crash Aftermath - Downtown Honolulu

Rolled up on an auto accident involving a Tesla Model S and another vehicle that was up on the opposite sidewalk. Looked to be pretty bad which lead me to believe that someone had run a red light. Of course the Tesla fans/enemies are wondering if it was the Tesla's fault or if it could have been prevented. Bottom line, hope everyone involved was ok.
