I increased resistance levels of excercise machines.

Biceps&Forearm muscle 20kg ✅️

Rear shoulder 30kg ✅️

Chest 45kg ✅️ 50

Bench press assist 45kg ✅️ 50

Pull-up 5 times

I've sequentially increased number of times of pull-up. 5 months ago, I could do 13 times. But, I don't know how many times I can do it now.
