Leaving the Harbor after a Concert by the Lake is like shooting fish in a barrel for cops fishing for DWI cases in this little town outside Dallas TX. Good thing I don't drink... Sadly I was just showing a out of town friend the local events around Garland and Rockwall had to end the night with a traffic stop when Officer Avery allegedly seen one of the guys stumbling in the parking lot and get into the car. What he found was a sober person who was not happy to be stopped from His Right to Travel... Not to mention the cop stopped me for making a right turn without using a blinker, in a right turn lane only... can you say fraud. Furthermore after sending in a information request to the city police on their authority to enforce traffic laws, they replied with NONE.. written on their own letterhead... Nice.

This guy was way more professional (very lenient) compared to the last couple of nightmare predatory / entrapment police operations I suffered through in NYS (I was always alone, and a sitting duck that was a quick tick off the quota and paperwork dream) - a tale for another day but one that will be told. . .
