The project is so good but it´s uncapped, I´ve been thinking of I participate or not in this ICO, my mind will explote, what you´ll do?

"Tezos is a new decentralized blockchain that governs itself by establishing a true digital commonwealth. It facilitates formal verification, a technique which mathematically proves the correctness of the code governing transactions and boosts the security of the most sensitive or financially weighted smart contracts."
scared money don't make money. i may invest a small amount.

Yeah I might invest a small amount too... just in case. At the least you may be able to momentum trade it.

Same here. I'm considering throwing in just a small amount.

the question is what true usable advantage does tezos offer that imporves on what is currently available or in use.
Who will use it and will those users be enough to keep it from going to the massive coin graveyard.
who are the people behind it and have you researched them?
I am starting to see that most icos are based on promises that are never fulfilled

I've read that Vitalik says the "formal verification" is only a problem with like 10% of ETH smart contracts. The rest is unintended consequences, and Tezos' idea doesn't solve that.
Tezos also seems to have no scaling plan that I can find. Scaling is the problem, not smart contract validation.
I'm also concerned about it being uncapped.

good to hear research based reasoning! I was looking at an ico company called singulardtv that happened 9 months ago. they made millions their promo video shows them, neck veins popping, celebrating as their ico generated millions in real time. That was NINE MONTHS ago. So I went to their site. Suprise, It looks like it hasnt changed since the ico. Coming soon. coming soon. coming soon. These guys are selling web design for millions and thats it. Now that being said, people are getting wealthy investing in them. But who are they? are they people who can afford to buy a million tokens? I dont know. I see its trading at .16cents so maybe its worth it. I just have a hard time buying into some pictures with future promises that never happen, but if I can get rich from it Im in - as long as it dosent hurt anyone.

Interesting. Everybody has an idea to use Blockchain for everything now, which is great, but only some of the applications will really be worthwhile. For example, I think Steemit is a great idea, but after being on it I'm having some doubts about the execution. It seems like it's largely basically a spam and scam factory right now.
Somebody will come along and learn from Steemit's mistakes and make a better platform, the same way Google supplanted Yahoo.
This really does look like the dotcom boom. What - you're a dotcom? TAKE MY MONEY!!! Didn't matter if the idea was good or the execution and business plan solid.
You can momentum trade off of that kind of market for sure... I just think these ICOs are getting out of control. They look like Penny stock pump and dumps too often.

I think the crypto market has been distorted lately with so many new coins meant just to confuse, or without improving anything, maybe just looking for a piece of the big cake. I have some of many of them, but sincerely I kind of lost that feeling. I am not saying I don´t believe in the future of cryptocurrency, I am just saying one has to be more precautious. Happy trading! :)

@zeroshiki read the whitepaper carefully, for me it is important to get big names involved in the ico. And Tim Draper is backing Tezos. If you want some instructions to check it out you can click here.
