Fish-ball & Eggplant Chili Stir Fry is Spicy & Delicious

The fish-balls & egg plants are great to stir fry with chilies, garlic, shredded ginger & Thai basil. It creates a superb dish that can be eaten with rice or as an appetizer over cocktail drinks with friends or associates. There is a spicy kick to this but for the type of dish it is, you can leave out the chilies altogether if you need to cater to children and want to try this for them.

This dish can also be made with other types of meatballs or vegan balls, with the same taste as the dish pictured.

The taste only differing from the type of meatball used etc. This was an excellent addition to our dinner today in more ways than one. The taste was great and the time it took was ideal. We all ate great.
