I need more Steemit accounts :)

It's quite not clear to me why we cannot create more than one Steemit account.

I understand that new accounts gets some free Steemit Power but well I would love to choose to not receive it but be able to create more than one account.

Thing is I saw that we can send an e-mail and ask for it, but why to send an e-mail and wait (already more than a day and nothing :) ) for an answer? Just don't give free Steem Power and let us create more accounts :)

Also well ... if you have multiple machines and you're using VPN you will be able to create more accounts so I think that this rule isn't really working as it's expected to be. Please do something with it :)

I would love to hear your opinions about that.

I'm genuinely interested, what is the point of having multiple accounts?

I would like to have multiple accounts for my projects. Like account name = project name.

oh, I see. But then again, maybe it would be smarter to build one account with a good reputation? That would probably help all projects to get more attention.

Indeed I understand your point. But while you have a separated account for your project you can use it together with your teammates. There are also other reasons like for example same machine - two people using same machine at home - only one of them can have Steemit account.

Wouldn't a good enough reason to have multiple accounts be to cover different topics?

i.e one channel for cooking and one for photography

@mylolmania ...touchet

Multiple accounts could be easily be used to abuse the system here. Although I hope they add a function similar to youtube's channels for those who want to keep projects or have an profile for a particular niche

Do keep in mind that your steem power is worth more if it is all gathered into one account. That is, 1 vote from an account with 2 SP is worth twice as much as 2 votes from accounts with only 1 SP.
