Get some rest.
Wear light clothing, avoid excessive lids.
Shower with lukewarm water.
Drink plenty of fluids, such as water and juices, to compensate for lost fluids through sweating.
Apply lukewarm water compresses on the forehead, or in an underarm or abdominoplasty area.
Avoid using snow.
Avoid wiping the body with alcohol to avoid the resulting danger.
Pharmacological treatments
In addition to identifying and treating the cause of high temperature, there are medicines that can be used to reduce body temperature, and should be considered for use under medical supervision to avoid any complications that may result from them. Examples of these medicines include: [2] [3]
Paracetamol (paracetamol), or acetaminophen, is used for all ages and can be repeated for adults and healthy children every 4 hours as needed.
Ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, can be repeated as follows:
Adults: every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children: Every 6-8 hours as needed.
Naproxen (also known as Naproxen), also a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
Aspirin: Aspirin is also classified as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and it should be noted that it is not recommended to use Reye’s syndrome for children. For adults, the prescribed dosage can be repeated every 4 hours if needed.
