100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 32 - Monday Challenge - My Favorite Local Shop

Goid morning steemians!

Im not fond of going shopping since then but when I came in Saudi Arabia , my boss will let me go on shopping for their dresses and groceries.

Look at me in the local shop buying something fior me.

Before when I was new here, there was no good place to shop. Womens are not allowed to go out without a male companion. They were too lazy to do shopping vecause it was very hot in the local market without any airconditioning.

For how many years, I was doing it as part of my job. I talked the owner of the store to allow me brought the commodities at home and let my boss select and choose what fitted to them. The shop owner trusted me and after my boss got her choice clothing, I went back to the shop and paid them.

It was so funny life before and I was so happy that they trusted me for how many long years.

At this moment, I already have a pain on my knee. There are so many local shopping mall that is already centralized airconditioned. I refused to go there and let them go and look for what they need. The women here can drive now and they can go without a male companion.

After 22 years of living my life here in Saudi Arabia, there are a lot of changes happened. Social and modern technology are already introduced. Using mobile phone is also new for the female citizen. Perhaps, it was just 12 years ago that female /wives are given mobile phone.

The changing of lifestyle here are really happening. That is why , I am no longer going on shopping. Ijust go to the nearest one if I have something I need foryself.
