I would like to open another line of my blog . I will call it "GO PROFITABLE and FULFILLED". I found it more useful to readers as I will be going to present some small scale business ideas throughout. Day to day I will feature a business here and who knows it can be helpful fir the readers even you.

To start with I will present to you the night market in our place.

It all started by the :sinaing na tulingan" (a viand natively cooked in Batangas) vendor along the sidewalk corner of Burgos St. And Illustre Avenue. They are selling sinaing....its not rice but a fish named tulingan it was cooked in a slow fire for several hours. This is popular here in Batangas. It is only in Batangas that I have known that kind of viand. But its not the food I am trying to brought out here but the smal scale business entity like night market.

Night markets gain its popularity when it was put up here in Lemery...nearby towns adopted the program. Like taal, Agoncollo and a lot more.

The governent put all the vendors together forming the association

The process are:

Join the association of vendor in the night market.

Secure business permit
Accomplish all the documents needed
Prepare you cart..There is specification as to the cart they are using.
Of course prepare the best food you wanted to sell...however this is controlled by the governmenr as to what are products you can sell.

Night market is very helpful to every working mom out there. Usually before going home the customers of night market drop by to buy some for dinner. It' s the best option to do because usually workers are drain with their 8 hours duty the whole day. Going home and taking a nap is the best option to do that is why cooking some after a nap is not a burden for some...that is the night market come into picture.

Vendors in the night market follow rules too being in a group. They pay taxes, mayor's permit and bills. Yes they have legalities though it might be considered .

They sell variety of viand there and we drop by while ago to buy some for dinner. Got to try their business ifs profitable and fulfiling.
