I'm with you: follow the chronology.
The editor in me has a knee-jerk reaction to sort by theme, but "organic" and "as it happens" vs #structured if fine by me.

LOL, I actually told a nurse once that I was O pos, because that is what I had been told, only to have her correct me quite haughtily.
