So we are throwing our 3rd annual Riverkeeper benefit in 2 weeks (3.24.18). Some of the best local Alabama bands come together at Birmingham's most popular brewery (Good People Brewery). All proceeds go to Birmingham's closest riverkeepers (Cahaba, Coosa, Black Warrior RiverKeepers). The first year we raised a little over 10k. Last year we raised over 14k. This year we hope to raise even more. This year we've chosen Steemit's very own poet laureate @platosgroove as our host.
