The Syndicates
As most of you know, we currently have three (3) Syndicate Servers. Since 'The Core' is now a solid 100 members, there will be no more public invites to the server on discord as we intend to keep that a tight group. Only way in the door there is to speak with one of the officers or earn your way in by showing promise as a syndicated member. Now, as no one else can reach the core, these Syndicates are where you will have to go if you want alliance support. You would still be a member if accepted, and do still have a chance to get inside the core. We'll review members from time to time throughout the entire alliance to see if any shuffling needs to be made. Think of the core as the major leagues or the executive branch and the syndicates are the minors or the state and local branches where we have awesome people waiting to step up to the plate. The leaders of the Syndicates are some of the strongest and most supportive members of the core itself. Feel free to join us on one of the following servers below that fits your personality. @zeartul - 'The Dark Templar' is a unique witness that has 3 things putting him above and beyond most other witnesses. We Will be shutting down the Trainee program for the Core and re-implementing it into the Syndicates. Most recently, @trulafountaine has graduated and been syndicated! Big congrats and pats on the back!!!

#thealliance currently hosts three contests and supports several others. We have the daily cryptoguess contest, and two weekly ones, karaoke and the killerpix. We also support fellow allies' contests. @donatello has a dance contest and a training video one. @buzzbeergeek supports & @detlev hosts the Beer Saturday contest. We have two members doing art contests, @topkpop and @orcheva has started one. @pisolutionsmru also has a Steemit lottery. @sportsncoffee does daily sports contests and @rumplestiltskin just started a poetry contest. @moeknows is doing a hiku contest and @tattoodjay has an interesting photo challenge that just started. We also are supporters of the Open Mic contest which is the oldest music competition here on Steemit run by @luzcyfer with full support from @pfunk & are entering a full year in weekly contests. They also support our Karaoke Contest and we have several members that compete regularly in Open Mic.
