I've been winning Big recently and today tops the cake! I woke up to a snowy winter wonderland and won two giveaways while I drank my morning coffee. Thanks to @thedamus for winning his asskicker of the day award...again! And to @randomness for being a great new member of steemsilvergold and running a badass first raffle. Felt like a little kid at Christmas there was energy in the air! and I got a warm happy feeling inside just thinking about all those beautiful shiny silver ounces on there way to satisfy my sordid needs.
I played in the snow with the boys until my fingers went purple, then I remembered that we found an abandoned sledge a few months back on top of the hill. So I went off to get it and had a long walk on my own, it was magical and i got some great photos.
Some of the snow drifts were about a 2 feet deep! It was Crazy Russian snow made in Moscow so it was extra fluffy and I couldn't resist lying down in and making a body print. I felt like such a kid but I've never been in snow like that before so I loved it :-)
Hopefully the Beast from the East gets worse tomorrow and snows us In because I just want to have fun. I love it when the world comes to a standstill, and I need to try out the sledge that was the other big win of the day, someone had just thrown it a long time ago it was half buried in the mud.
It looks like someone crashed it pretty badly or something because it's all crushed in, but I should be able to get that dent out fairly easily. Then we'll be flying down the hills!!

Great win, i feel the same when i win but that snow is crazy. I'm from southern Louisiana in the USA and saw real snow twice in my life. The closest to snow sledding here is taking a piece of card board sliding down the river levee.

You have a welder? Hook it to the pipe and lay a bead down the pipe. It will heat them up quick and presto water is back. Good luck!
