He has launched a successful campaign on Kickstarter where he is on track to raise a million dollars.
As we pointed out days ago, the fantastic The Binding of Isaac will become a board game that responds to the name of Four Souls . Its head, Edmund McMillen, has started a campaign on Kickstarter to raise the money needed to make this project a reality ... and it could not go better! With more than 20 days ahead, The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls has raised almost 800,000 dollars.
This is a card game for 2 and 4 users in which we are free to choose between several characters such as Isaac, Maggie, Judas or Cain. The game starts with three cards in the deck and three pennies, in order to increase our resources ending with monsters and opening chests with the precious treasures that will increase our power.
By "leveling up" we will have the necessary power to attack the final bosses, who will reward us with the bosses' souls. It will be necessary to take four of these to win the victory in The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls. Along the way we will have to overcome traps and other challenges very much in line with the successful roguelike that Edmund McMillen premiered on PC and consoles years ago.
Do not forget that this creative, also creator of Super Meat Boy , works in an RPG by turns inspired by this same universe, the promising The Legend of Bum-Bo .
