Thanks Privat! I was just wondering today, do long schemes get boring? I used to do whole verses with the same scheme and while its a good test of skill to rhyme that many bars in the one scheme, lately Ive been asking myself if shorter schemes are more entertaining, and wether you should switch it up more, but I dont know. What do you think Privat?

As you say it's a good test of skill and that's entertaining to me! But you should probably keep switching up as well. I have the most fun trying to find new ways to rhyme or break some scheme and try to get back to it after a while. It's also really entertaining when everything feels unexpected but still good somehow..

yeah man i find it really entertaining too seeing how long someone can keep a scheme going but i wonder if its just cuz im an mc. if a casual listener heard, would they feel the same? Horse Shoe Gang and Kxng Crooked are ones for going back to a rhyme scheme often after a few bars, I do find that entertaining too. I used to write in a way that makes the listener expect a bar coming that would rhyme a word, but unexpectadly rhyme a different word instead. I wish I could remember exactly how to do it now! lol
