What is marble cheese, I wonder? Had to google it!!! A mix of white and yellow cheddars!! Bacon, eggs, cheddar, more cheddar, avocado -- splendid combo :))
I do so love the addition of avocado in sushi and sandwiches!!! They are like butter (another of my lovers). It gives that creamy dimension that makes the sandwich move around easily in your mouth. Less jaw ache, more mouthgasm..mmmm

Indeed. I find Avocado to be extremely effective in burgers. It makes it seem super tender.
