I was so excited for Today, as it was the most awaited day for many Indians. Today was historic, our Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for a temple in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama.
Today after waking up, the first thing I did was to switch on my tv. On all the news channels they were showing the news about Ayodhya, how the whole city was decked up with colorful lights and rangoli for the Bhoomi pujan(Foundation of stone), religious songs were playing in the temples. It was a sight to sore eyes even if watched on television, below picture is from ABP news channel.
I completed all my morning tasks including breakfast while keeping tv switched on in the background as I didn't want to miss on any update.
Finally, the foundation stone ceremony completed at 12.45 pm. I checked the various social media platforms and made some posts as well.
In the afternoon I prepared lunch and after that, I worked on my fashion designing work, I made illustration using Adobe Illustrator. I like making illustrations, it just taps me into my creative self.

Hmm, then I made banana Muffins and it turned out to be very tasty and it was easy to make with not much fuss. I like these kinds of easy to make recipes which take less time but tastes good. The recipe consists of Flour, sugar, choco chips, baking soda, milk, vinegar, butter, and of course the main ingredient Banana.

I enjoyed my muffins with a hot cup of coffee because I like my coffee with muffins, and as it was already evening I did my Pilate workout which I try not to miss, I learned some new poses for workout from youtube.
I then prepared dinner. Ahhh, I miss the food cooked by my cook. Because of COVID, he has gone back to his village and I am hesitant to appoint a new one as COVID is already increasing rapidly and it's not safe. After having dinner I continued reading my book. I hope I'll have some more good things to share tomorrow.
Yes, today is a historic day for all of us as we have restored our glorious past. You celebrated this day with muffins, that's great.
I too like to bake but my baking is vegan without any animal ingredients. Will share in the diary game.
