Another beautiful day here in New Delhi, the monsoon is showing it's colors. There is a mix of heavy and light rain showers throughout the day.
I woke up around 7 in the morning, had my morning tea with cheese sandwich and then went for cycling as the weather was quite fantastic today, so I didn't want to miss the cool breeze falling onto my face.
Breakfast
I did cycling for 10 miles and burned about 900 calories.

After that I took a quick shower and joined my online class. In between online classes I prepared myself a plate of macroni which ended up becoming very delicious.......
My online classes ended around 4 pm in the evening and after that I took an one hour nap.
I was craving for chocolate cookies in my evening snack so went to nearest store across the street and bought UNIBIC Choco nut cookies for 25 INR-> 0.33 USD-> 1.53 STEEM

I ate them with my evening tea.
Around 6 o'clock in the evening I checked my Steemit account , upvoted some good posts, redeemed my curation rewards and explored some communities.
I started my workout around 7 pm , I did 3 sets of bicep curls , 3 sets of push ups, 3 sets of shoulder press with dumbbells , 1 mile run and 16 pull ups. Thats my short workout routine at home.
I burned about 700 calories from this workout.
After my workout I used SQL software to make a very basic database, It is a database management software that is useed to create and manage database. I am new to this field so I did some very basic practice today.
Around 10 pm I played Ludo, personally I found it boring but my girlfriend loves it So I play for her.

Before sleeping I always read atleast 20 pages from the book to calm my mind. Because my routine is messed up I sleep around 3am everyday, So i am trying to change that.
