Heyyy There BeautyFull 👋

Today Farmer G (@karmashine) & I went for a 3 mile walk together.

We also went for another walk later in the evening, but I made the attached video of our 3 mile #actifit-journey to record for the memories & to share with you all.

I hope it will inspire others to begin a personal #actifit-journey or continue on if they already have. It is so important to honor the well being of our Body, Mind & Spirit, and to be able to earn AFIT Tokens & Steem in the process is truly a Blessing IMHO.

If you track 5,000 steps [or above] & post a genuine report card (explaining in 30 words or greater about your workout) to Steemit (before midnight) then the following day when the actifit-bot runs you will receive an upvote & AFIT Tokens from @actifit (if you meet the stated qualifiying criteria).

Meeting Your Actifit-Goals by Completing activities such as these makes the journey manageable:

  • daily chores
  • shopping
  • walking the dog
  • playing with the kids
  • going for a bike ride
  • working in the garden
  • mowing the lawn
  • dancing

I would start with 1 mile and see how many steps that translates to for you <333 To be rewarded with AFIT Tokens & Steemit Upvote the minimum steps is 5,000 which comes out to about 2.5 miles (give or take) for me (depending on my strides/pace). well.....yawn.....ok...that was pretty good, I only fell asleep a couple of times. reikigirl you can't put a 20 minute video up and expect people to watch it, too long and who put that music on there? that's sleepin music and it works great so thanks for the nap.

LMAO I won't front Cowboy, I actually agree. Only I do like the music ;) maybe if it was captivating I could pull 20 minutes off, but, just walking and looking around....hahahah I feel ya. next time I will make it shorter & add some of my own personal #cryptofunk music to spice it up heheh I wanted to share a POV vid of me skating but I don't want to give anyone motion sickness bwaahahaha

oh now you're going to make me be honest here, great...no the video was fine and lovely, I just didn't have time so I fast forwarded to different spots.
but yeah I would probably do a short version but the video was actually really good and I was mostly teasing of course.

reikigirl! what's a nature boost? I think you should have you roller blading and have Farmer video you hitting a rock or stick and go flying! it would be worth the bruises, it would probably go viral. lol.
