I think almost everything can have good and bad connotations. My son got involved in drugs and ultimately was arrested and is now in prison for 4 year. Yes, this is very, very bad for him, his family, ect. As his mother, it breaks my heart. BUT if he had not been arrested and jailed, his path would have probably spiraled even more downward, perhaps even ending in his death. Now he is clean from the drugs, well aware of his mistakes, and hopefully will come out in the end with the desire to rebuild his life.
