There have been many mystics throughout history, from recent Virgin Mary visionaries in Mejugordje to random illiterate farmers having seances and seeing spirits in the American Midwest in the 1700s, to Jesus, to Buddha, all the way back to the beginning of humanity.
They all saw visions and even heard voices, prophecied, elongated, even levitated by some accounts! The catholic saints, the devout monks and yogis of this day and age, even some psychics on youtube right now all have these mysterious gifts.
I too seem to have developed these things. Be it from drugs or trauma, I was diagnosed as Schizophrenic ten years ago, and told I had a life long mental illness! But my question is this, if Im experiencing the same thing as mystics throughout history, does that mean they were all mentally ill too?
Of course not! A mystical experience is only diagnosed as psychotic if it is causing distress, otherwise its a spiritual matter. This is what the psychiatric literature states!
So, that being said, Ive started a research project to get to the bottom of whatever is going on here, as a section of my website to start with where anyone can comment any suggestions, info or questions about it all and where I will be regularly updating the content.
If it is a mystical experience, then we need to look at the Kaballah of the Jewish faith, the Rosecrucians, the Essenes and Gnostics, Freemasonry, and the list goes on of mystical literature. Ive seen that these visions are real, so naturally I can guarentee that anything written by visionaries was for sure seen by them. Its opened up a wealth of research topics to look into.
We must also look at science, and medicine, more specifically psychiatry and why these things are deemed a mental illness. Of course people suffer, and go psychotic and have bad times, but if we look at it through the lense of the metaphysical maybe we can understand it all better. Years of documented historical accounts of this stuff cant be wrong.
Im asking questions, even wether MK Ultra has anything to do with the invention of Anti-Psychotics! We must consider even conspiracy theories.
