Humans are designed to walk. It is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
I'm an advanced walker and like to add 20+KG onto myself when I do it. One of the easiest ways to get fit is by walking with weights/rucking. If you get to weighted level walking, the best thing is when you remove the weights, all the tiredness becomes moot as you feel light as a feather.

Yeah, I need to for sure. I used to be a very fit person, almost obsessive. Once I retired from military service I just let myself go to hell. Now I'm ready to kick start my ass again. Doing it starting tomorrow. Need to walk off the turkey.
