Three Cloud Service Models

Cloud computing is available in three different support models, each of which addresses a unique set of business requirements. Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is the three cloud service paradigms.

SaaS : SaaS, or Software-as-a-Service, is a cloud-based technique for providing programming to clients. Instead of purchasing and introducing an application, SaaS customers subscribe to it. Clients can access and use a SaaS application from any Internet-connected device. The actual program is run by cloud workers who may be located far away from a client's location.

PaaS : Designers who use the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model lease everything they need to build an app, relying on a cloud provider for development tools, infrastructure, and operating systems. This is one of the three distributed computing cloud service models. PaaS untangles web application development considerably; from the engineer's perspective, all backend management occurs in the background.

IaaS : Hardware as a Service (HaaS) is another term for IaaS. (HaaS). The main advantage of using IaaS is that it enables clients to avoid the cost and uncertainty of purchasing and dealing with actual labor.
