It's Okay to Take Breaks Sometimes....

It doesn't matter what instances, as long as you feel you need a breather, always take a break. I now completely understand why people take them, I have much needed some and it's a great feeling, re-energyzing even.

      Great advice.
      Being passionate about my work and also being an #onlineworker means that I sometimes find it difficult to switch off.
      Health and happiness does require us all to switch off.
      This content educates us of the importance of taking a break.

        The song on the background though; Haha. Well sometimes it usually feels wrong when I take a break really but then one thing I find out after taking these break is that one comes back better and brighter
