Not in a rush - just reading your own words - and they are ones that are judgmental of others.

Respect and lack of respect is for those who are bother about it, every human being is beyond this

Says who? Not me. respect is the foundation for everything.

Absence of desire will lead to beautiful life.

...this has nothing to do with respect. If you don't stick to the point, then it indicates a lack of clarity, and evasiveness.

Evasiveness - the desire to be un-seen .
