The immortal organism called the Tardigrade

in til •  8 years ago  (edited)

Ever heard of this teeny tiny being (less than 1.5mm) that would put most superhero to shame?

This water bear survives to pretty much anything.

To kill you smash it

Else it pretty much won't works. See for yourself: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrada

This beast can endure outer space, radiation, an insane temperatures range, dehydration, pressure ... I mean just check this article, they reanimated one that was frozen for **30 years: **http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0011224015300134#.

Oh an by the way with have a tardigrade "sextape"

whatever that means... I will just leave you with le link and the footage: http://www.sciencealert.com/we-finally-have-footage-of-tardigrade-mating-and-it-s-even-weirder-than-expected

I am not even going to try to describe (way too weird, trust me on this)

Anyway If I die, don't reincarnate me into that thing

Just dont!

Hi! I spent some times researching them and we found something very extraordinary. They were producing *OOH radical instead of *OH radical that is very common in plants and animals. Why and how - I don't know.

The thing of nightmares

I can see horror movies with tardigrades as monsters.

Tardigrades are interesting little creatures.

I would not have said interesting lool.

They are tiny...but they are bad ass!

a compressed version of Superman.

Looks like a vacuum cleaner bag brought to life. I've heard of them. Life is amazing. It will survive anywhere

a very ugly bag indeed

I'm sure they look cute to each other.

I can only hope so ;).
