When i was young, my mom always cook pininyahang manok everytime we have a celebration at home. Me and my siblings ultimate's favorite.

Time flies so fast, i have my own life now. Family recipe is very important for us filipinos. As well as we are as a family..

Family dishes always reminds me of my mom, i know how recipe is very important to her. As well as mine.

As i grow,cooking become my passion, or i say my better half. For every food that i cooked, it reminds me how happy i am with my passion.

I am very much grateful to show you guys our family's secret recipe. It will surely make your tummy happy. 😊😊😊

For the ingredients:

1 kilos chicken
1 can evaporated milk/fresh milk
1 can pineapple juice
100 grams pineapple slices
2 pc medium potatoes
1 cloves garlic, crushed
1 whole onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
50 grams cheese

Procedure:

  1. Combine chicken, pineapple juice,cheese. 2.Marinate for 4 hours or overnight
    3 . Saute onion and garlic add the chicken simmer for 5 minutes, cover. Separate the marinate.
  2. Add the chicken marinate and let it boil for 10 minutes
  3. Add evaporated milk and potatoes. Let it boil for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes is cooked.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add pineapple slices.
