10 WAYS TO CREATE MORE TIME FOR YOURSELF
Having known that time is everything, time is the foundational key to all success. The more the time you have the more you stand a greater chance to succeed in life.
Go around ask someone why he/she did not finished that project, the answer will be give me some time. Ask a student why he did not finish that assignment; he will say I didn’t have enough time. Ask a tailor why he did not finished your cloth before now. The answer will be please I need some time. This and many more you know them.
That is why I take time to draft this lesson to teach you ten good ways of creating more time for yourself. Now let see how you can create more time for yourself.

  1. KEEP A DAILY TO-DO LIST: It will surprise you the magic a to-do list can do for you. Put it down the way you want to run your day, else your day will run you. Number what you want to do in a day according to the order in which you will handle them.

  2. WRITE AN ACTION PLAN : The steps in which you’ll carry out the item of your to-do list, a lot time to each item.

  3. SCHEDULE YOUR MOST IMPORTANCE TASK FIRST: You will see that it be easier to find time for the less important ones.

  1. SET GOALS THAT YOU HAVE A LARGER DEGREE OF CONTROL: Else you will put yourself in war, because when you can’t achieve the set goal in a day, belief me be in war with yourself, blaming yourself here and there, and this can weaken your winning spirit.

  2. SCHEDULE LESS: If your plan is to attain that ceremony, attain that class, go for a tour, shop for food, meet-up with a friend, play game, read that book, watch that match, and catch up with choir practice all in one day, you will fell rushed and will likely get stressed.

  3. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME FOR EVERY ACTIVITY: favour activity that yield the most important results. What about other tasks that are urgent or that simply have to be done? Some unimportant tasks can wait for another day. If necessary, or they may not be done at all. Allocate as much time as possible to those activities that are related to what you feel is truly worthwhile in the light your goals.

  4. KEEP TIME LOG: to find out where your time is going, keep a time log for a week. It will reveal where your time goes. Do you always spend time on important activities? Keeping a time log will show you.

  5. WORK LIKE A PROFESSIONAL: don’t wait for the right time, the right mode, just start working, and schedule the most challenging work for the early hours of the day when you are most energetic and alert. Do the most unpleasant task as soon as possible, once it is out of the way you will feel more energized to work through the less-challenging activities.

  6. MINIMIZE INTERRUPTION: block off a portion of time each day during which you are not to be interrupted unless necessary, turn off electronic devices around. Or is it that your neighbor, keep a notice on your door to tell them when you not to be disturb, that is what I do. Don’t forget to allow time for the unexpected.

  7. DON’T BE A PERFECTIONIST: know when it is time to stop and moved to the next important activity. When you feel overwhelmed with work, don’t force yourself you can push it to the next day, the next day begin with that task.

If you can sincerely practice these ten (10) steps you will see the change in your life you’ll discover that you can add additional four hours to your day to make it twenty eight, with this you will know that you are richer than any other person in this world.
