In the new world, it is important to keep on learning. I guess those who keep learning and upgrading are the ones who can constantly adapt to the changing world that surrounds us in our life at the moment.
One other writer who write simple yet great content on ways to improve 1. Productivitiy, 2. Habits 3. Decision Making and last but not least 4. Financial advice. I subscribed to his newsletters. This writer is Darius Foroux.
Why having quality thoughts matter?
This week he writes about what the 20/80 Pareto rule. I am going to link his article here.
It is about how to think effectively.
The 20/80 rule suggest that 20 percent of what we do would account for 80 percent of the results that we would finally achieve in our life.
In his latest articles, he highlights the importance of thinking. When we have think of something and make a decision before hand, we won't end up making impulsive decisions that would one day haunt us. Do check it out.
I have always applied this in my life. Maybe I constantly think. In addition, I have met the right people to mentor me in a way and guide me. Thinking and then planning it out in my mind first before making any moves has become a habit that I embrace nowadays. My mind has this natural sensor that segregates my impulsiveness from taking over. I switch off the auto pilot in my mind to make sure the decisions I make has been made by me instead of the mammalian mind.
Do Comment and Upvote if you feel like it. As short as this content is, it took me around half and hour to structure it. I had to think of ways to write it to be first understandable by readers and is properly written.
