Since this year a rich harvest of grapes, decided to make a simple fragrant tincture of grapes "Isabella". To prepare homemade grape liqueur berries can not be washed, they are only separated from the clusters and carefully sorted out, removing rotten and moldy. On the skin of the fruit live wild yeast, which is needed for fermentation. The grape itself is better to collect in the warm dry weather, it needs to be ripe (overripe is even better).
Traditional liqueurs are prepared by natural fermentation, so without wild yeast will not work. If the drink is not fermented, you need to add a handful of raisins or a few fresh unwashed crushed grapes.

Natural drink on wild yeast without vodka and other ingredients. In the case of very sweet berries, the amount of sugar can be reduced.
Ingredients:
ripe grapes-2 kg;
sugar-500 grams;
water-500 ml.
Preparation:
Mix water and sugar in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil on low heat for 5 minutes, removing the white foam. Ready sugar syrup to cool to room temperature.
Peeled grapes fall asleep in a jar and pour the syrup. The liquid should cover the layer of berries 2-3 cm.
Bandage the neck with gauze and put the jar in a warm (18-25°C) place for 2-3 days.
When signs of fermentation (foam, hissing, characteristic sour smell) remove the gauze and set the container on a water seal or rubber glove with a hole in the finger. 5. Leave the jar for 30-45 days in a dark warm place.
After the cessation of fermentation (water seal 2-3 days will not allow bubbles or glove blown away) home-made grape brandy strain through several layers of gauze and cotton wool, then pour into bottles for storage. Shelf life keep in a cool place for 2-3 years. Fortress-11-14 degrees. The recipe is the easiest, as it's my first time tincture, took it. We will wait to share the result when the tincture is ready.
