in tip •  8 years ago

Hii stemian,..!
Night time for indonesia, means i am typing this post a minute before going to sleep, how about you in Europe guys? i guess we have different time, that is why i tend to post something which is a little bit frightening for people in indonesia right now, but it is nice information for you in europe stemian.

This time i am happy to share a big issue for sleeper with a very simple solution, i am sure all of us potentially have the same experience, yaaaa..feeling someting push you up while sleeping, can not moving your body, can not scream, or you can scream but nobody hears you, like being grapped by a "black" object, we call it sleep paralysis, when our brain are active but we fell dead

here is some simple tips to break it down!!

  1. if you often fell sleep paralysis, just notice you sleep position, actually most sleep paralysis is caused by blood circulation is not normal (inproper sleep position)

  2. making small movement, it can be one of your fingers, toe, lips, tongue, eyes and all small organ of your body

  3. do not fight with it, the more you try it can be more stronger pressure you will fell

  4. relax, just let it goes while keep your brain still awake

  5. memorize something, story, moment or someone that you respect to,..the reason is to keep your brain awake and still 100% active

  6. actually i have 1000 tips, the most powerful tip is "moving one of your finger" like thumb or little finger

7 till 1000 have the same tip as number 6
