What are good daily habits?

Here are some useful habits that can help you a lot in your daily life:

  • If you want to be happier
    Talk to people who have positive souls.
    Express gratitude by writing down every good thing that happens to you every day.
    Laugh, even when you have to force it. This action will release endorphins.
    Move your body (walk, exercise) in 20 minutes or more.
    Invest 30 minutes a day in a hobby you enjoy and find peace.

  • If you want to deal with stress more effectively:

Breathe deeply for 2 minutes and focus on your breath.
Relax every part of your body for 10 minutes.
Listen to something relaxing and unrelated to whatever is stressing you out.
Let go of anything that is stressing you out (excuse yourself from meetings, take breaks from projects, walk away from arguments) for 5 minutes.

  • If you want more confidence:

Write down 3 things you really like about yourself. Read those 3 things out loud. do it every day.
Stand up straight. Let your arms hang naturally at your sides.
Describe your thoughts/words before you enter into an important situation. Preparation will help you feel more confident. Bring a small note to help more.

  • If you want to think more spiritually / spiritually:

Prepare your heart in 15 minutes a day to read a spiritual reading (Bible, Koran, Spiritual Book.)
Join a group of like-minded individuals/communities that you can learn from and be inspired by.
Write down how you met someone that day who enriched your horizons.
Do one act of kindness to a stranger you feel the need to help.
