Materials:
75ml water, 150ml light cream, 250g cream cheese, 2.5 pieces of gelatin, 60g corn oil, 13-15g coffee powder, 15g cocoa powder, 80 g low gluten flour, 50g (protein), 30 g (egg yolk), 75 g fine sugar and 5 eggs (about 50g each)
