You have made some nice updates, and I can tell you are working hard. But this game is pointless. Directionless and unfocused. You must get something in the middle to support on going conflict, and encourage daily participation and willingness to spend. The only real answer is to fight over territory. Nothing else makes sense. Gangs are not going to initiate fights regularly enough to ever mean anything. When i say fight over territory, I dont mean Narnia or Disneyland, I mean London, Paris, Detroit, real cities. This is your only hope to move this thing forward. It is the missing ingredient. You must include fighting for territory.

It took a whole day hidden in the shadows, but I could create my gang ;)
But I like your suggestion, even if I would , personally, restrcit to gang members unless there is a global rss market...
I think it would be a good feature; it would allow smaller gang members to grow faster. It makes sense to be able to get help from others when you are member of a gang.
Gangs should also be able to receive a tax from their members, automatically. Before joining a gang you would see the tax % the Gang requires for all the benefits a gang provides.
I have been getting attack by this useer on a daily basis, I do not mind being attacked as that is part of the game. What affects me is when I am building up my army and each day I can only make a certain amount to defend and attack due to my level. I am constantly being attacked and I cannot attack back due to my weak army and him being a higher level. There should be some type of restriction like: the defender not losing his entire army if the attacker is above a higher threshold level or not lose some earnings or a lowering earning the potential each time he attacks the same person that is lower rank, in turn if the lower rank player levels up to a higher threshold of earnings this restriction can be reset again. This will in turn discourage the higher level attacker from doing daily attacks and to keep the lower levels still competative and not quit due to this type of abuse.

I think we need a place to sell our drugs, guns and alchool.
If you need only 10k guns to complete a building you must be able to buy that amount from someone else. You can put also a 5% fee in order to get more revenue.

Here is one suggestion that I've been having in my mind for some days now. As it stands now, a player cannot start a new Attack, if there is already an Attack going on. This is not a good thing for a drug lord, as many times it is required to spy on several targets at the same time, or even create diversions to confuse your opponents.
I've seen some tricks to start multiple Attacks at the same time, but it feels like cheating the system.
I propose to introduce a new building ("Communication Control Tower" or "Combat Control Offices" or whatever) that allows you to attack multiple targets at the same time. It would be an upgradeable building like all other buildings, and it would a number of simultaneous Attacks equal to its level.
Actually, you can send multiple attacks, you just need to wait the previous one to be confirmed ( takes less than a minute) as soon as the "waiting confirmation"text is gone from your history then you may launch a new attack.
This is because the blockchain delays
So the building is not needed, but that building would be nice for some king of troop protection ;)
A cool thing would be to have a "send spy" button for targets. Click it will send a spy on it if you have one, or buy it and send it if you haven't. Would make things faster !
Battles should be less easy to calculate and add somme random in it. Just add a kind of tails or heads to define which is the 1st to shoot between attacker and defenser.
Irl, the game is about taking and holding territory. Drugs sell themselves, the key is to be the only one in the market selling. Any competition at all must be killed off immediately. If you introduced the element of territory holding, it would boost involvement and retention of players because it gives them something to focus on that is relateable. Money is abstract, but exploring and defending territory is a human instinct. Also it would be good to sell cars and bling for the avatars.
I have thought out a lot of the details on this. Putting up territory to fight for would make the game more profitable for you, and much more fun for players. It could turn into a situation where everyone from top to bottom would be active and motivated every day. Population might go up, but you could get a huge turnover. Players at the bottom have only one choice, eat your neighbor. :( And players at the top need to spend to defend, It takes money to make money. And when you are on top, the competition starts between rival gangs and kingpins. And part of that competition is outdoing rivals with the best cars and the shiniest bling. Cars and bling that you are selling. I feel like I could answer any questions about this idea. I hope you ask me.
Will it be possible in the future for potential opponents to be indicated immediately with their gang affiliation?
Because at the moment I still have to check this with the member list.
And are there already plans for the cooperation in the gangs, such as resource transfer, "Save Houses", troop relocation?

I think it would be a nice if it would be possible to support Gang Members with units.
For example if they lost all their units in a fight it would be usefull to protect them from more attacks so they can rebuild their units.
Troops send for Support are only able to defend against incoming attacks. They can't be used to attack.
The supporter can send his units back at any time.
Also units send for support should have doubled speed.
That is making it possible to send support even if there is already a incoming attack.
This would increase the importance of Gangs and would allow many small players to defend agains big players if they work together.
In my opinion it's very anoying to enter all the units into Fight Simulator.
It should be possible to copy the own army in a format that is compatible with the Fight Simulator so we can paste it there.
Also after a spy attack it should be possible to copy opponents army. Or even add a Button that redirects to the simulator and automaticly passes my army and opponents army.

Why does the bonues for the "Operation Center" give different bonus to Weapons, Alcohol and Drugs.
I have far less bonus on Alcohol than on Weapons, even though i produce more Alcohol.
