🤝Tokeny has partnered with global law firm DLA Piper to form the Digital Securities Alliance (DSA). As a compliance-focused organization, DSA will look to bridge the gap between tokenized securities and securities regulations in jurisdictions throughout the world.

⚙️Miami International Holdings and Templum entered into strategic partnership to list and trade digital securities on a fully regulated MIAX Exchange, which is to be developed. The joint venture will be SEC-registered and operated as a facility of an exchange owned by MIH and subject to SEC approval.

Regulation
🇺🇸United States Securities and Exchanges Commission FinHub has published a framework to help market participants ascertain whether or not a digital asset is deemed to be an investment contract, and therefore a security, accompanied by official statement.

🙅🏻‍♂️At the same time, SEC issued first no action letter regarding tokenization of digital asset by TurnKey Jet that is NOT a security.

đź–ŚEU launched blockchain association to accelerate distributed ledger technology adoption. Its 105 founding members, including Ripple Labs, Consensys AG, and Bitfury, will support the development of interoperability of global standards as well as a transparent and inclusive model of governance.
