Would I Buy Tomochain?

Here is some info:

Tomochain (TOMO)
Marketcap at the time of writing: 62.91 M USD
Price: $1.14

Would i buy Tomochain: Not unless it gets a larger market cap > 1 billion USD or it proves itself as a privacy coin with growing user adoption. Also I would like to see it on more exchanges.

What do you think of Tomochain? Any comments or good info!
