Calling All Tool Nerds! WTF Is This? - #8

in tools •  5 years ago

Digging deep into the abyss of tools--
things wanted or not wanted,
important or frivolous clutter,
out in the open or hidden in the depths...

So too are the internal emotional bits
residing inside of my beingness which are
receiving a good cleanse and re-organization.

To touch each screw, nut and bold,
to question everything,
to stay focused through the process,
to manage with discernment
that which is useful and beneficial,
as well as that which needs to move on out!

Being precise!
Letting go of that which no longer serves,
regardless of how long it has been there,
Letting go of the potential one sees for
working magical alchemy...someday.
Embracing that which has immediate use,
organizing  in fine detail and/or utilizing
that which is of true value.

A place for everything,
and everything in its place...

And especially acknowledging everything for what it is!
Ahhhh YES!
The metaphor of deep soul transformation.

Help me do the work by identifying WTF this is?

2.  what it's intended to be used for

3.  if it still looks useable for its original purpose

I'm taking a wild guess as this one, but it looks like an old heat gun or torch attachment. It looks thicker than something you'd get today, but things used to be made to last.

I was thinking the same thing, as it also reminds me of a part that attaches to a hair dryer to direct the flow. This is definitely an old part, very heavy and durable as they used to be. Thanks so much for your input @stephen.king989. I like your wild guess.
