    Honestly this is a wrong comparison...

    When a celebrity or leader dies it is news as they have affected/inspired many lives.

    In the latter case it is the outcome of the poor choices their leaders have made and those leaders for the personal gains have sacrificed their nations.

    Also people who are working on caring for them do not have time to create news, they are contributing in their own way. If media does not hype any news it does not mean things are not happening.

    I guess one needs to follow the right sources for the right information.
