✿ Hola comunidad, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta muy sencilla de hacer con pocos ingredientes, se trata de un biscocho de chocolate esponjoso. Rico para compartir con amigos y familiares en reuniones o simplemente comerlo en la merienda con café ✿

✿ Si no te gusta el chocolate simplemente lo puedes hacer de vainilla ✿

✿ 3 huevos huevo ✿
✿ 1/4 taza de azúcar 50g ✿
✿ 1/4 taza de aceita 50ml ✿

✿ 1 pizca de sal ✿
✿ 1 cucharada de vainilla ✿
✿ 1 taza de harina de trigo 100gr ✿
✿ 1/4 taza de cacao 50gr ✿
✿ 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear ✿
✿ Para las claras a punto de nieve✿ :
✿ 1/4 taza de azúcar 50g ✿
✿ 1/2 cucharadita de jugo de limón ✿
✿ Ingredients ✿:

✿ 1/4 cup of cocoa 50gr ✿
✿ 1 tablespoon of baking powder ✿✿ For whites to the point of snow ✿:

✿ Separamos las yemas de la clara en un recipiente ✿

✿ Agregamos las 3 yemas luego de haberla separado de la clara en una licuadora batimos un poco para que se integren las 3, le agregamos el azúcar y batimos hasta que se torne un liquido de tono mas claro y espeso serian aproximadamente 5 a 10 minutos ✿

✿ Cuando ya tenemos el liquido de tono mas claro y espeso le agregamos el aceite batimos ✿

✿ Una vez integrado el aceite, agregamos la leche, la pizca de sal y la vainilla batimos por 2 minutos mas y luego lo pasamos a un recipiente ✿

✿ Estando la mezcla en recipiente agregamos el cacao, la harina y el polvo de hornear en un colador y tamizamos para que a la hora de mezclar no se formen grumos. Con la ayuda de una paleta mezclamos de forma envolvente hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea y reservamos ✿

✿ Batimos un poco con la batidora y agregamos jugo de limón luego batimos nuevamente hasta formar espuma y
agregamos el azúcar poco a poco y batimos hasta que las claras formen picos ✿

✿ Por último lo agregas poco a poco a la masa antes realizada y lo mezclamos de forma envolvente ✿

✿ Lo echamos en una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada y llevamos al horno 180ºC por 60 minutos o hasta que introduzcas un palillo en el medio y salga limpio. ✿
