Langsa City located in the eastern region of Aceh province has a many of interesting tourist attractions that can be visited. Langsa Mangrove Forest is one of them. Langsa Mangrove Forest located at the Langsa Barat District, Langsa City. This resort was built by Pemko Langsa at the end of 2014 with funding from APBK or City Development Budget.
Mangrove forests are also an additional tourist asset in the Langsa city, which previously owns some of Langsa's pride of the tourism assets such as the marine tourism area of the harbor dock and Hutan Lindung or Hutan Kota in this city.
To enjoy the mangrove forest atmosphere, the tourists can walk on a winding path which designed in such a way with the look of mangrove trees that grow strong and beautiful in the eyes of the left and right we can see. In addition to the beauty of mangrove forests, tourists can also see the many wildlife in the form of monkeys that inhabit mangrove forests along a winding path. The tourists do not be afraid of this animal because its existence in the human environment has long and has made these animals tame and make a different amusement for the tourists.
Inside there is also a tall tower as high as 10 meters. Where through the tower, guard officers can control the activity of visitors while traveling. This monitoring tower is also often one of the best places to take pictures for tourists in addition to the many best places to take pictures in this tourism area. There are also cafe buildings as a resting place for tourists if they feel tired.
The city government continues to do development as well as improvements and also add supporting facilities for tourists to feel comfortable when traveling in this tourism area. Langsa Mangrove Forest is an obligation destination place if coming to Langsa city.
